This is what he had to say about his album:

I wanted to make epic music. An epic tale of conqouring the maggot king in the basement of a mystic tower in the underground island kingdom

Heavily inspired by the dungeon synth sounds of Mortiis, Jim Kirkwood and Prison-era Burzum i ventured to the small island of Langeland and set up my 8-track under the stairs of an old house that the locals say is haunted. Being who i am, i could not stick with the formula, since i am never bound by genre limitations. Influences from the likes of Thelonius Monk,as well as Angelo Badalamenti can be heard in this too, and even some hiphop influences. It's not Trve, it's not Kvlt. It's not cool , groovy or Gangsta. It is all me. And i am all things.
